  20. Actually, it sounds like they smell money in this and were in a good financial
  21. position to buy it out right from an unhealthy parent company who's strapped
  22. for cash.  Someone willing to blow 40 million maybe someone who has the cash
  23. reserves to dump into more R&D and of course advertising.
